1). Ambient Sleep 1: This track and the next track begin the retraining of the brain to the Delta Sleep zone to restore physical recuperation of the stress-handling system…beginning in the upper Delta brainwave zone of deep sleep.

2). Ambient Sleep 2: This track begins the journey to the next deeper stage of deep sleep and deeper Delta brainwave frequencies.

3). Mid-Deep Sleep 1: This track and the next track move into the mid-range Delta brainwave zone of deep sleep.

4). Mid-Deep Sleep 2: This track continues the journey into ever deeper regions of the lower portion of mid-Delta sleep zone. We are retraining the brain to ever deeper regions of the physical recuperation portion of sleep here.

5). Deep-Delta 1: for recuperating the deep portion of the sleep cycle, where physical healing takes place. We are working to recuperate and heal the brain into the deep Delta sleep zone with this track.

6). Deep-Delta 2: Here we entrain to the deepest zone of the Delta sleep zone for the deepest integration healing of the physical brain and stress-handling centers.
